Manaksia Steels reported standalone revenue from operations of about Rs 220 cr for Q2 FY26 with EBITDA of Rs 27.31 cr and PAT of about Rs 8.08 cr, a sharp turnaround from the loss in the year-ago quarter. Consolidated revenue was about Rs 217 cr with PAT near Rs 10.39 cr. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 28.57 cr for H1 FY26 versus a cash outflow of Rs 13.52 cr in H1 FY25. Auditors S K Agrawal and Co issued an unmodified Limited Review Report. Three overseas subsidiary results were not independently reviewed but deemed not material by management.
Swing to profitability and positive operating cash flow signal stronger operational performance, but Nigerian subsidiary FX exposure remains a watch point after prior-year currency loss.
