Board reshuffle: new independent director appointed, one resigns; AGM set for Sept 28

Manas Properties board approved the FY26 Director's Report and Annual Report, and scheduled the 22nd AGM for September 28, 2026 at 4 pm at the registered office. E-voting runs September 25 to 27, 2026. Mr. Tushar R. Momaiyah, an advocate, was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shailesh Vora resigned as Independent Director citing inability to devote sufficient time. Board committees were reconstituted with the new director as Chairman of Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship, and CSR committees.
