New Independent Director appointed, one resigns; AGM on Sept 28

Manas Properties board approved the FY26 Annual Report and called the 22nd AGM for September 28, 2026 at 4 pm. Mr. Tushar R. Momaiyah (DIN 08742170) was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shailesh Vora resigned as Independent Director citing personal commitments and inability to devote sufficient time. Board committees were reconstituted with Mr. Momaiyah chairing the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship, and CSR committees. E-voting runs September 25 to 27, 2026.
