For the half year ended September 30, 2025, operating revenue rose 27.3% to Rs 144.63 crore and profit after tax rose 25.7% to Rs 21.15 crore. Quarter profit fell 2.1% to Rs 11.40 crore. Cash flow from operations was negative Rs 187.65 crore, while debt-to-equity rose to 3.76 from 2.49. The review raised no concerns. The board declared a Rs 0.50 interim dividend, payable by December 5, 2025.
Higher half-year profit and the dividend may support sentiment, but higher debt-to-equity and heavy cash outflow remain key concerns.
