Manba Finance declared a second interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per share for FY2026-27, payable by 20 November 2026; record date is 6 November 2026. Quarter profit after tax rose to Rs 1,373.41 lakh from Rs 1,139.81 lakh, and half-year profit to Rs 2,699.69 lakh from Rs 2,114.89 lakh. The board also approved a private issue of up to Rs 200 crore of debt securities. Neelam Tater became chairperson.
Dividend may support sentiment. The Rs 200 crore debt issue could raise interest costs and weigh on the stock if priced high.
