15th AGM held on Sep 28, 2026; four items taken up for approval

Mangalam Seeds held its 15th AGM on Sep 28, 2026 at 11 AM at the registered office in Ahmedabad, chaired by Mafatlal J Patel. Four items were considered: adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, reappointment of Dhanajibhai Shivramdas Patel as director retiring by rotation, and appointment of Ashish Sheth and Associates as statutory auditor, including for a casual vacancy caused by the previous auditor resignation for FY 2026-27. Remote e-voting ran Sep 25 to 27, 2026, with KFin Technologies as e-voting agency and Nimit B Shah and Co as scrutinizer. Voting results will be filed separately.
