On the reaction day the stock moved 3.4 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.3 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved merging Prolijune Lifesciences and Pavi Buildwell into Mankind Pharma, with an appointed date of April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder, creditor and NCLT approval. It also noted a proposed merger of Upakarma Ayurveda into Mankind Consumer Products. Standalone quarter revenue was Rs 3,145.22 crore and profit Rs 581.95 crore, while consolidated revenue was Rs 4,337.86 crore and profit Rs 716.12 crore, with EPS of Rs 17.23.
Consolidating wholly owned units should simplify the group structure without any cash payout. Strong quarterly profit supports sentiment, but the schemes still need approvals.
