Mankind Pharma has completed the sale of its 100 percent stake in Broadway Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd to AKRK Projects LLP and its partners on August 31, 2026. Broadway was a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma and has now ceased to be one. This follows the company earlier intimation dated July 11, 2026 announcing the proposed sale. Broadway operated in the hospitality sector, which is non-core for the pharma focused Mankind Pharma.
Non-core hospitality subsidiary fully divested, allowing sharper focus on core pharma business. Likely minor positive for shareholders.
