On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and in line with its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Mankind Pharma board approved voluntary liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL). BSVL's business will be consolidated into Mankind Pharma on a going concern basis after required approvals and consents are received. Mankind holds 96 percent of BSVL directly, while Appian Properties, another wholly owned subsidiary, holds 4 percent and will receive cash based on an independent valuation. Mankind's shareholding pattern will not change. The move aims to drive operational efficiency, improve resource use, and cut compliance costs.
Streamlines group structure by folding BSVL into parent. No change in Mankind shareholding. Subject to regulatory approvals.
