On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Ceramics peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Manoj Ceramic held an EGM on Oct 15, 2026. Two special resolutions were approved to convert existing 15% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares into 15% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each. First resolution covers 1,00,000 shares, second covers 1,50,000 shares. Both passed with 100% votes in favor (73,94,200 shares voted, no votes against). Promoters were not interested.
Existing preference shares become convertible into equity, potentially diluting equity shareholders but eliminating the future redemption obligation.
