On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board gave in-principle approval for capital spending of up to Rs 180 crore to modernise and expand the Sarovar plant in phases through 2030. It includes 290 tonnes a month of melange yarn, added dyeing and printing capacity, and electrical and water system upgrades. Funding will combine bank finance and internal funds. The plan equals about 144% of reported net worth of Rs 124.89 crore at 30 September 2026.
The plan may improve capacity and efficiency, but its size versus net worth raises funding, debt and execution risks for shareholders.
