Marine Electricals inaugurates 6th plant in Goa for data center PTUs

Marine Electricals has inaugurated its sixth manufacturing facility in Goa, spanning about 160,000 sq ft. The new plant started operations on 14 September 2026 and will make Power Train Units (PTUs) for Data Centers and Shore Conversion Systems for Ports. It aims to reach full capacity of around 800 PTUs per year by March 2027. The existing five Goa units and one Vadodara unit will continue making LV/MV switchboards and busducts. FY26 revenue stood at Rs 877 crore with an order book of Rs 2,073 crore as of June 2026.
