Marsons Limited has received a Letter of Intent worth Rs 31.27 crore (including GST) from Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL), a state government entity. The order is for supply of 132/33kV, 50MVA power transformers and related services for three substations in Assam (Durlavcherra, Karimganj and Srikona). Execution period is 12 months. The order is domestic and not a related party transaction.
Adds revenue visibility over 12 months. AEGCL is a state PSU, which lowers counterparty risk.
