Appointment of Secretarial Auditor

At the 31st AGM held on September 30, 2025, shareholders approved four key items. Mr. Nimesh D. Patel was re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a 3-year term effective August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. Mrs. Dipali S. Patel and Mr. Ronak A. Mehta were both re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second 5-year term. Patel Aadeshra and Partners LLP was appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year period covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The changes are routine governance matters with no disruption to the existing leadership. Mr. Nimesh Patel has been associated with the company since inception and brings decades of experience in building construction and infrastructure projects.
