Q2 FY27 managed assets reached INR 17,042 crore, up 23.5% in the first half, while profit rose 26% to INR 115 crore. Standalone profit rose 22.7% to INR 110 crore, with gross and net bad loans at 2.63% and 1.70%. Management targets 20% to 25% growth and 2.75% to 3% return on assets, while funding costs may rise 20 to 25 basis points. Over two years, branches may rise from 210 to 300; wheels may reach 15% to 20% of assets in three to five years.
Positive: 26% profit growth and 23% asset growth may support the stock, though higher funding costs and rising bad loans could limit gains.
