Mr. Arvind Jonnalagadda has resigned as Global Chief Human Resource Officer of Mastek to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. His last working day will be October 16, 2025, and he will assist with a smooth transition until then. In his place, Mr. Vimal Dangri, who is already the company's General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, will take on the additional charge of Chief Human Resources Officer with effect from September 24, 2025. Mr. Dangri has over 24 years of experience and previously led legal, compliance, risk and secretarial functions at Firstsource Solutions.
