Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share on 27 October 2026 for FY 2026-27. The record date is 3 November 2026, and payment is due by 26 November 2026. Tax will be deducted at source. Resident individuals with total FY dividend income up to Rs 10,000 face no deduction; otherwise, 10% applies with a valid PAN and 20% without one. Non-residents normally face 20% plus extra charges, subject to treaty benefits.
Eligible shareholders receive Rs 5 per share. Missing tax papers may cause 20% withholding, while valid documents can reduce the tax deducted.
