MD and CFO resign; auditor replaced; company pivots to renewable energy

AVENIQUE Ltd (formerly KDJ Holidayscapes) announced major board changes on July 15, 2026. Statutory Auditor DD Shah Patel resigned mid-term citing capacity constraints; J M Patel and Bros. appointed as new auditor for 5 years (FY26-27 to FY30-31). Managing Director Hemantbhai Raval and CFO Akash Parmar both resigned effective July 15. Ravikumar Patel named new MD; Purvikkumar Patel appointed Executive Director and CFO. Company is altering its object clause, dropping chemicals to enter compressed bio-gas, hydrogen and renewable energy.
