MD and CFO resign, new directors appointed, company to seek revocation of trading suspension

Board accepted resignations of Managing Director Syamdas Sivadas (effective Nov 13, 2025) and CFO Najmaa Shakeel Shaikh (Aug 18, 2026). Soni Agarwal appointed as new CFO from Sept 1, 2026. Three new directors appointed: Rahil Shaikh and Sunil Sawant as Executive Directors, and Neha Ahuja as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Anurag Arora named new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Board approved applying to BSE for revocation of trading suspension currently on the stock. Next board meeting on Aug 21 to consider Q1 FY27 results.
