MD and CFO resign; Raj Singh Rawat named new MD & CFO

Seshachal Technologies' Managing Director and CFO, Mr. Prabhaker Reddy Aedla, resigned citing pre-occupation, effective end of business on April 23, 2026. The board appointed Mr. Raj Singh Rawat (DIN: 03498135) as Additional Director designated MD for five years and as CFO from the same date. Rawat is unrelated to existing directors and brings experience in finance, administration, and regulatory compliance.
