MD resigns, continues as Non-Executive Director

On 1 September 2026, Mr. Harish Kanta Srivastava resigned as Managing Director of Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks due to personal reasons. He will continue on the Board as Non-Executive Director with remuneration of Rs 1.20 lakh per annum, subject to member approval. He had served as MD since 2025 and has about 1.5 years of textile industry experience. No material reasons or disagreements with the company were cited.
