MD's wife appointed Additional Director; registered office shifted

Board met on Oct 1, 2026 and approved three items. First, Mrs. Kakoli Ghosh, wife of Managing Director Mr. Rajesh Ghosh, was appointed as Additional Director; she is a Commerce graduate with experience in accounting and finance. Second, Mr. Ajay Yadav of Ajay Yadav and Associates, a Practising Company Secretary, was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27 (this is a secretarial compliance audit, not the statutory financial audit). Third, the registered office was shifted within Mumbai from Powai to Goregaon East.
