Mega Nirman & Industries has signed a Master EV Charging Services Agreement with logistics major Safexpress. Under it, the company will install, own, operate and maintain EV charging stations under its MEGACHARGE brand at Safexpress sites. Each station must be commissioned within 60 days, with a 10 year term per site extendable by 3 years. No aggregate contract value is committed. Revenue will depend on sites added later through separate Site Annexures. An earlier Agra site agreement from April 2026 will be superseded.
Opens a new EV charging revenue stream tied to a large logistics fleet, but with no committed contract value, actual earnings depend on future site additions.
