On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.1 pts less than its Pesticides & Agrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Meghmani Organics shareholders have approved merging its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition, into itself. At the NCLT-convened meeting on June 6, 2026, 99.99% of votes (about 10.67 crore shares) backed the scheme of amalgamation; only 6,146 shares voted against. The scheme was filed under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Positive for simplification of group structure by absorbing wholly-owned units. No open offer triggered as both are already fully owned.
