Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported strong FY26 results with total income of Rs. 12,887 million (up 33% YoY) and profit of Rs. 7,246 million (up 22.5% YoY). For Q4 FY26 standalone, profit stood at Rs. 2,010 million on income of Rs. 3,729 million. The Board declared NAV of Rs. 527.01 per unit as of March 31, 2026, based on independent valuation.
