On the reaction day the stock moved 8.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On October 13, 2026, the Board approved incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary named Wagad Housing Finance Private Limited with authorised capital of Rs 10 lakh. It also approved reclassifying Rajiv S. Kothari (30,000 shares, about 0.03%) and Malti S. Kothari (15,000 shares, about 0.015%) from Promoter to Public category, subject to stock exchange approvals.
New subsidiary may expand housing finance business. Promoter reclassification is largely procedural as the combined holding is negligible at about 0.045%.
