On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its Tyres & Rubber Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
MM Rubber filed a corrigendum for its 60th AGM scrutinizer report. The report wrongly called the voting process a postal ballot when it was actually remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM held on 24 Sept 2026. Both resolutions passed: adoption of accounts got 93.24 percent votes in favor (14,77,261 of 15,84,311 votes), and re-appointment of Mr Jacob Mammen also got 93.24 percent in favor. Voting results and resolutions passed remain unchanged.
No impact on outcomes. Purely a labeling correction in the scrutinizer report. No change to shareholder value.
