The board approved Q2 FY27 consolidated results: total income of ₹119.94 crore and a ₹30.40 crore net loss, against ₹148.14 crore income and ₹12.04 crore profit last year. It approved buying 73% of Vayavya Labs for ₹266.71 crore: ₹154.52 crore cash and ₹112.19 crore via 50,50,686 shares at ₹222.14. A shareholder meeting on 25 November 2026 and regulatory approvals are pending. The remaining 27% is planned after 31 March 2028, linked to performance.
Deal may boost scale and revenue, but cash outflow, 50.5 lakh new shares and Q2 losses may pressure the stock pending approvals and integration.
