The board approved Q2 and H1 FY27 results, named Janak Dalal senior management personnel and authorised up to Rs 3,000 crore in non-convertible bonds. Q2 operating profit after tax rose 29% to Rs 718 crore; H1 operating profit was Rs 1,327 crore. H1 total profit including other comprehensive income reached Rs 2,583 crore, up 51%. Annual recurring revenue assets grew 26% to Rs 3.2 lakh crore.
Strong operating growth and a rising recurring-revenue mix support sentiment, but the large debt issue could increase leverage and interest costs.
