MRP Agro 8th AGM Results: All 3 Resolutions Passed Unanimously

MRP Agro Limited held its 8th AGM on September 29, 2026. Three ordinary resolutions were passed with 100 percent votes in favor and zero dissent: adoption of audited financial statements, re-appointment of Mrs. Raksha Jain as director (retiring by rotation), and re-appointment of M/s A.Y. and Company as statutory auditors for a second four-year term. Out of 1.15 crore total shares, 71.66 lakh votes (62.31 percent) were polled. Promoters voted all 70.78 lakh of their shares in favor. Fourteen shareholders attended the meeting in person.
