On the reaction day the stock moved 2.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.7 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Mrugesh Trading's unaudited quarter and half-year results to 30 September 2026 showed revenue of Rs 2,214.75 lakh versus Rs 98.25 lakh a year earlier, but a loss after tax of Rs 115.30 lakh. Auditors gave a qualified conclusion over unverifiable third-party inventory, missing sales delivery records, Rs 1,595 lakh of long-outstanding advances with no goods received, and Rs 200.56 lakh of unsecured loans without agreements.
Revenue growth did not prevent a loss. Gaps over inventory, sales and advances increase write-down risk and could hurt shareholder value.
