MT Educare has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from July 1, 2026, until the second trading day after the announcement of unaudited financial results for Q1 and three months ending June 30, 2026 (FY26-27). The closure applies to all Designated Employees, Directors and Key Managerial Personnel under the company's Insider Trading Code. The company remains under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since December 16, 2022, with Mr. Arihant Nenawati as the Resolution Professional.
