Board approved agreements to acquire 19.16% of Bimapay Finsure, an IT services firm, for about Rs 41.33 crore through a share swap. It also approved up to 3.91 crore equity shares at Rs 98 each, including 42.30 lakh swap shares, plus 76.53 lakh promoter warrants at Rs 98. The company also approved up to Rs 90 crore in listed, secured, non-convertible debentures and plans to enter the money-changing business. Approvals are pending.
Could support growth, but substantial equity dilution and added debt may weigh on the stock; approvals are pending.
