Mukand Limited informed the exchange about a change in senior management for its Machine Building Division. Shri Gurnam Singh, the current CEO of the division, will cease to hold the position due to his retirement effective February 16, 2026. Shri Vidyakant S. Mirje has been appointed as the new CEO of the Machine Building Division from the same date. He brings 31 years of experience in Sales, Product, P&L, Marketing and Production Management, with an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University.
Planned divisional leadership transition with a successor carrying 31 years of relevant experience. Likely neutral for shareholders, supporting operational continuity.
