On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.6 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Mukesh Babu Financial Services published newspaper ads in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on September 2, 2026, about SEBI's one-year special window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. The window allows re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019. Shares transferred will be mandatorily credited to the buyer in demat form and locked in for one year.
Routine compliance update. Shareholders holding old physical shares can use this one-time window to transfer and convert them to demat by February 2027.
