Mukka Proteins' JV with Hardik Gowda and MS Jathin Infra has received a Rs 474.89 crore work order from Bengaluru Solid Waste Management Limited (BSWML). The contract covers treatment and disposal of legacy leachate at Mittaganahalli and Kannur Landfill sites in Bengaluru. The order was dated December 3, 2025, with execution period up to four years or till completion of leachate treatment, whichever is earlier. The order is domestic, exclusive of GST, and not a related party transaction. Promoters have no interest in BSWML.
Large multi-year order strengthens revenue visibility. BSWML being a government entity lowers payment risk, but landfill execution carries operational challenges.
