Five ordinary resolutions were passed: adoption of FY25-26 audited financials, re-appointment of Mrs Kavita Sheth as Non-Executive Director (retiring by rotation), re-appointment of M/s DGMS & Co as Statutory Auditors, and appointment of Mrs Dhwani Solanki and Mrs Shivangi Shah as Independent Directors for 5 years each.
