Muthoot Finance began price guidance to reopen its US$600 million 6.375% senior secured notes due March 2030 under its US$4 billion bond programme. Settlement is due October 14, 2025. Proceeds will fund RBI-approved lending and other activities. The notes are secured on assets including gold loan receivables, with 20% repaid each quarter from March 2029. Expected ratings are Ba1 and BB+; price and yield were not disclosed.
The issue may support loan growth and funding access, but raises debt and interest costs; final pricing and ratings remain uncertain.
