Nanta Tech Limited has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Connplex Cinemas for a long-term Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) engagement involving the deployment of 100 Allbotix AT10 Marketing & Delivery Robots across Connplex's cinema network. The indicative total contract value is ₹14.40 Crore (excluding GST) spread over 36 months from the go-live of each unit. The company will charge ₹2.40 lakh per robot per month, translating to a run-rate revenue of ₹40 lakh per month at full deployment, with quarterly advance payments. Deployment is planned in 10 monthly phases of 10 robots each, starting June 2026, and the company will retain full ownership of hardware, software, AI models, and IP. Nanta Tech, incorporated in 2023 and listed on the BSE SME platform, sees this as a major validation of its RaaS commercialisation and a boost to recurring revenue.
This is a positive development for shareholders as it gives the young company strong revenue visibility over 3 years, validates its subscription-based RaaS model, and adds a marquee cinema chain client. However, the deal is still an LOI and actual revenue will depend on final purchase orders and the Master Service Agreement, so execution risk remains.
