On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.7 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Narayana Hrudayalaya board approved a scheme to demerge the Clinical Services business (10 clinics in Bengaluru) from wholly-owned subsidiary NH Integrated Care into itself. The unit had FY25 revenue of Rs 39.94 crore (1.11% of NHL standalone turnover). No cash or shares will be issued since NHIC is a wholly-owned subsidiary. The Aarogyam preventive healthcare arm stays with NHIC. Scheme needs NCLT and other approvals.
Internal group restructuring; no cash or share consideration, so no immediate impact on NHL shareholders. Subject to NCLT and other regulatory approvals before becoming effective.
