On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The NCLT Bengaluru sanctioned the transfer of the Clinical Services business from wholly owned subsidiary NH Integrated Care to Narayana Hrudayalaya. The business comprises nine clinics in Bengaluru and one in Hosur and will move on a going-concern basis. The appointed date is April 1, 2025. No shares will be issued, so share capital and ownership will not change.
The internal consolidation is shareholder-neutral with no dilution. Its direct effect on the stock is likely limited, subject to smooth implementation and integration.
