On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Narmada Gelatines informed BSE about a reminder sent to 185 shareholders flagged as non-KYC compliant. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 11 per share (face value Rs. 10) for FY25-26, approved at the AGM on August 19, 2026. As per a SEBI rule from November 2025, dividends can only be paid electronically, so payouts to these 185 holders are withheld until they update PAN, bank, address and signature details with the registrar MUFG Intime.
Neutral for the stock. Affected shareholders must update KYC details quickly to receive the FY26 dividend, which is otherwise withheld.
