The Board of the Investment Manager of National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) approved unaudited consolidated financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with condensed financial statements for the half year ended September 30, 2025. Total income for the nine months stood at about Rs 3,16,231 lakhs, with profit for the period rising sharply to Rs 48,097 lakhs from Rs 21,308 lakhs in the prior-year period. Net Distributable Cash Flow at the Trust level for the nine months was Rs 1,42,883 lakhs, and distribution per unit was Rs 2.48 (vs Rs 2.37 for FY25). The 6th Extra-Ordinary Meeting of unitholders was rescheduled from March 6 to March 12, 2026, to consider acquisition of assets, issuance of units through institutional placement and on a preferential basis, a pre-acquisition distribution linked to Round 5, variation in use of Round 3 proceeds, and revision in statutory auditor remuneration.
The strong jump in nine-month profit and higher NDCF signal improved distributable cash for unitholders, while the rescheduled EOM keeps the proposed asset acquisition (Round 5) and fresh unit issuance plans on track for unitholder approval in March 2026.
