Mr. Rajiv Arora has resigned as CEO and Whole-Time Director of National Peroxide Limited due to family and personal reasons, continuing till November 2, 2026 for smooth transition. The board has appointed Mr. Vinay Divakar Jayade as new CEO and WTD for a 5-year term effective November 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jayade, who joins as CEO Designate from October 1, has over 34 years of experience in chemicals, with prior leadership at Cabot Sanmar, ASK Chemicals India, Reliance Industries, and Lanxess India.
Planned leadership handover to an experienced external hire. Short-term transition risk is limited, and continuity in business strategy is expected.
