On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.7 pts less than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Through wholly owned subsidiary NFASL, Navin Fluorine amended its HFO supply contract with Solstice Advanced Materials US, formerly the contract assignee from Honeywell. The term is extended by four years to December 2032, adding about $180 million in revenue potential and taking the total contract value to about $590 million over 11 years.
The extension improves long-term revenue visibility and may support earnings, although actual gains depend on contract performance.
