On the reaction day the stock moved 5.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.0 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Navkar Urbanstructure has added a new item to its 34th AGM on Sep 30 to seek shareholder approval for selling its UNIT-1 Pipe Division in Gujarat as a going concern slump sale to M/s J and M Enterprises for Rs 1 lakh. UNIT-1 had zero revenue in FY26 and a net worth of Rs 9.62 crore (around 6 percent of total). The unit made RCC Hume Pipes for sewage projects in Gujarat that are now complete. Not a related party transaction. Completion targeted by Oct 20, 2026.
Divestment of a non-revenue division. Sale price of just Rs 1 lakh against Rs 9.62 crore net worth is notably low.
