Nazara Technologies announced a major board reshuffle. CFO Rakesh Shah resigned effective Oct 15, replaced by Arun Agrawal from Oct 16. Whole-time Director Rohit Sharma will step down by Jan 11, 2027 to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. Founder Nitish Mittersain moves from MD to Non-Executive Director. Mithun Sacheti is re-designated as Executive Director. Separately, the company allotted 2.38 crore shares at Rs 306 to 5 foreign individuals, raising about Rs 730.78 crore.
Leadership transition may cause short-term uncertainty, but founder's continued guidance and a 730 crore fundraise strengthen the company.
