Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NBCC has secured two work orders from Delhi Development Authority worth Rs 775.27 Cr (excluding GST and marketing fee) for comprehensive redevelopment of DDA staff quarters at Old Rajinder Nagar (Rs 437.79 Cr) and Safdarjung Development Area (Rs 337.48 Cr) in New Delhi. Work is on a self-sustainable model where part of the built-up area will be sold to fund development.
