NBCC has informed the exchanges about three new work orders worth approximately Rs. 319.78 crore in total. The largest order, worth Rs. 227.99 crore, is from Oil India Limited for building an Executive Housing Complex in Duliajan, Assam on a turnkey basis. The second order worth Rs. 83.76 crore comes from the Ministry of Home Affairs for constructing two major bridges in Meghalaya along the Indo-Bangladesh Border. A smaller order of Rs. 8.03 crore is from the Patna Collectorate for a start-up incubation and public policy centre at the Chandragupt Institute of Management. All three orders are domestic in nature and will be executed on a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) basis as part of the company's regular business.
These orders strengthen NBCC's order book and provide steady revenue visibility across diverse sectors, including energy PSU housing, border security infrastructure, and state-level institutional projects. For shareholders, this signals continued business momentum and confirms NBCC's role as a key government-linked PMC player.
