Q2 consolidated turnover was Rs 11,884.16 crore and profit for shareholders was Rs 184.29 crore, versus Rs 154.70 crore a year earlier. The order book reached Rs 80,167 crore. The board approved five-year reappointments from April 2027 for A A V Ranga Raju, A G K Raju and J V Ranga Raju, with unchanged pay, subject to shareholder approval. NCC also proposed expanding its business scope to technology and digital infrastructure.
